After a lot of work behind the scenes, we’re delighted to share our new, polished branding and freshly updated website. To reflect the evolution and expansion of our repair network, we wanted to update our website to highlight the unique services we offer to policyholders and corporate customers and proudly showcase our values—after all, they drive us to always go the extra mile for our customers.

User-Friendly Navigation

We quickly identified that our website needed to target our two key clients: policyholders and corporate. With each requiring tailored information and services, we began our rebrand by identifying their core journeys. This drove the idea of splitting the website into individual sections: Policyholders, Corporate and Our Values. This saves our customers time and quickly answers their queries.

For our policyholders, in particular, we used an illustrative design to explain our step-by-step process of same-day repairs. Highlighting the convenience, professionalism and fast turnaround when repairing their vehicles. By including this breakdown, we have pinpointed the specific role we play, removing any confusion between us and their insurers.

A New Look and Feel

As a leading vehicle repair company across the UK, our iconic blue and green branding is recognised and trusted by many. We, therefore, choose to stick with our core colours of blue and green, adding accents of them throughout our website, logo and marketing.

Our logo underwent a significant change, and we’re extremely excited about it. Now a sleek, modern visual, it portrays a professional, higher-quality finish, which is what we deliver to our customers every time with our expert services.

A Voice for Our Values

We’re proud to include our ambassador, Alex Gray, throughout the website. This is not only to help users navigate to the information they require but also to promote our mission of championing women within the automotive industry. You’ll notice increased visibility of women in every area of the Rapid Repair Network, which illustrates the evolution of traditional roles and helps inspire future generations.

You’ll also see our commitment to finding and implementing sustainable solutions within our industry wherever possible. From our PAS2060 accreditation and fleet of EV vans to reducing our carbon footprint and Woodlands Trust Partnership, we’re doing all we can to reduce our impact on our beautiful planet.
